Seterra Burleson

Seterra is a sixth-year student in the lab. She has contributed to several grant-funded projects concerning factors associated with career identity development and retention in STEM fields, particularly for women and other underrepresented populations. She is actively involved in conducting research, authoring peer-reviewed journal articles, and presenting findings at conferences. Her primary research interests include career development, the work-life interface, workplace gender and cultural issues, and leader support.

In her free time, Seterra can be found camping, mountain biking, attending outdoor concerts, and going to local plays. Before attending ODU, she spent 27 months in Peru for the Peace Corps!

Kristen Eggler

Kristen is a second-year student in the lab. She comes from a small liberal arts background with research experience in cognitive and social psychology. Her primary research interests include diversity and inclusion, career development, and workplace culture.

When not in the lab, you can find Kristen in a kitchen, baking desserts to share. She also loves yoga and traveling the country to see friends. Before attending ODU, Kristen worked in several bakeries, including a gourmet cupcake shop!

Christina Ju

Christina is a first-year student in the lab. She graduated from Virginia Tech  where she had  worked in an IO lab with several graduate students. Her primary research interests include diversity and inclusion and assessment development for anti-discrimination and anti-racism measures. 

Some of Christina's hobbies include singing, thrift shopping, cooking, and arranging music. A fun fact about her, she has worked in two different ice cream shops for the past six years!
